Performance and target settings

Battlefield 6 Performance on PC

EA advises that with minimum hardware, it is reasonable to aim for 1080p and around 30 FPS with low quality; in the recommended section, the ideal balance is located at 1440p and 60 FPS with high quality.

If you prioritize fluidity, lowering quality or resolution can elevate you above 80 FPS even with mid-range equipment; and at the high end, the goal is to maintain 4K to 60 FPS or graze the 144 FPS at 1440p.

The PC version includes support for ultrawide monitors and unlimited frame rate, so the real limit will be set by your GPU, CPU and the panel you use.

To fine-tune, the game incorporates more than 600 customization options (HDR, scalable interface, camera settings, broadcast mode, etc.), as well as upscaling and anti-latency technologies such as DLSS, FSR and XeSS to gain performance without sacrificing sharpness.

PC security technologies and measures

Battlefield 6 PC Technologies and Security

The anti-cheat system Javelins, custom-developed for EA's FPS, operates at a low level and requires activation on the computer Secure Boot and TPM 2.0; in some cases, HVCI/VBS may also be required to enhance security.

PlayStation Plus expands its game catalog and celebrates its 15th anniversary with new releases.

If you don't have those features enabled, you might want to check the UEFA / BIOS of your motherboard and the manufacturer's guide; on most modern systems the adjustment is straightforward, but may vary depending on the model.

Beyond performance, the PC edition comes with native Steam support (no EA App needed) and a built-in server browser, plus the return of Portal to create and share personalized experiences.

The release date set by EA is October 10 on PC and next-gen consoles, so you still have time to get your rig ready if you want to start the day with the configuration that best suits your hardware.

It's clear that Battlefield 6 is taking a flexible approach on PC: scalable requirements to reach more machines, a high technical ceiling to squeeze high-end hardware and an ecosystem of options and technologies designed so that each player can adjust the experience to their liking.
